Repairs & Servicing
Industrial Spraying Systems offers professional spray equipment repairs and servicing from our location in Scotland. We have a wide variety of customers who send their equipment to us from throughout the United Kingdom to have repaired and serviced.
The main brands that we offer our servicing and repairs on are Wagner, Graco, Titan and Q-tech. However this does not limit us we are more than happy to receive enquires for other brands. We will then be able to let you know if this is a machine we can help with or not.
Spray Equipment Repairs
All repair work is carried out in our base in Scotland by experienced spray equipment technicians with over 40 years experience in the industry. You can therefore rely on the repair work being carried out done to the highest standards. We will always aim to have your spraying equipment working as new.
Spray Equipment Servicing
We service and repair most spray painting equipment from brands like Wagner, Graco, Titan & Q-tech.
Service Check will include:
- Motor & pump check
- Hydraulic oil refill if required
- Gun, Paint Hose & Suction Hose check
- Filters replaced (Gun & Manifold)
- Packing’s checked
- System flush through
- Accessible drive gears greased
- Pressure Spray Test

During a service, we will identify any repair requirements or replacement accessories needed. The customer will be contacted before any repairs been carried out or replacement accessories being fitted.
