Prices

All prices stated on the invoice must be paid in full, including VAT and carriage charges where stated.

Cancellation, Returns, Re-Stocking Charges

Industrial Spraying Systems Ltd shall not be held responsible for goods which have been mis-ordered. A re-stocking charge of 25% shall apply for the return of goods. If an order has been cancelled but has left our premises, the above re-stocking charge will still apply. An agreement can be made between our companies to resolve any issues that may arise in this event.

Delivery

Industrial Spraying Systems Ltd will aim to supply goods within a reasonable period of time. However from time to time we may be unable to supply due to conditions outwith our control e.g. delivery problems, stocking levels and manufacturer shut down.

If such problems occur we will contact you to discuss the matter further.

Passage Of Title

All goods will remain the property of Industrial Spraying Systems Ltd until the said invoice(s) are paid in full.

Payments

Payments are due no later than 30 days from end of month unless agreed by ourselves in writing, signed and dated by a Company Director.

Failure to pay within the agreed payment terms will prevent any further orders being processed. The account may be passed to a Debt Collection Agency who will act on our behalf, and any charges incurred by this course of action will be passed to your company.

Notice

All goods remain the property of industrial spraying systems ltd until paid in full.

Privacy Notice

Industrial Spraying Systems Ltd do not store any information on any company and we do not pass information on to any third party. We also do not contact you in the event of any offers unless specifically requested.
